Hi Reader, Lately I’ve been noticing something in almost every conversation I’m having with clients, brides, and professionals. Life feels full. Work deadlines. And when life gets full, the first thing most people stop doing is taking care of themselves. Not because they don’t care about their health. But because it starts to feel like one more thing on an already long list. What I often remind people is that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it looks like: • Eating a real meal instead of grabbing whatever is convenient Small actions create stability in busy seasons. And most of us are navigating busy seasons right now. So consider this a small reminder for your week: You don’t need to do everything perfectly. You can start with a Complimentary Clarity Call. You do not have to navigate this season alone. Feel free to shoot me an email if you have questions. If you're navigating a demanding season right now, I'd love to hear: What has been the hardest part of taking care of yourself lately? With you, Mariana Santiago-Jimenez, HWC |
