Feeling exhausted while planning your wedding? Try this

If you’ve been feeling exhausted, off track, or like your routine has completely fallen apart while planning your wedding…

you’re not alone.

This is one of the most common things I see.

Your schedule fills up
Your mental load increases
And the things that used to ground you start to disappear

Not because you don’t care
but because there’s just a lot to hold

So instead of trying to do everything perfectly,
start here:

1. Eat more consistently throughout the day

One thing I see time and time again is women unintentionally under-eating during the day

You’re busy, distracted, and trying to get everything done
so meals get skipped or pushed off

And then by the evening, your energy crashes
and cravings for sweets or salty foods kick in

If you’re currently eating one to two meals a day
try aiming for three

If that still doesn’t feel like enough
add in one to two simple snacks

It’s important to listen to your body
but when your body has been under-fueled, it can send mixed signals

So if you add in an extra meal or snack
and notice your energy feels more stable

do it again the next day

Because when your body is supported consistently,
everything else starts to feel a little more manageable

2. Create small pockets of momentum throughout your day

This is where we build on that foundation

I was speaking with a bride this week, and we talked about setting a 15-minute timer and simply doing what needs to be done in that moment

Sometimes that looks like:

  • Tidying up your space
  • Cooking something quick
  • Going for a short walk
  • Taking 15 minutes just for yourself

You can even apply this to your wedding planning

Instead of letting it take over your entire evening,
set a timer and give it your full focus for that window of time

It creates structure, helps you stay present,
and prevents that feeling of it dragging on all night

It takes the pressure off having to fix everything
and instead helps you move forward in a way that feels doable

Not all at once
just step by step

Because the goal right now isn’t perfection

It’s stability

Something you can rely on
even when everything else feels full

Warmly,
Mariana

P.S. If this resonated with you, reply back and let me know what you decide to try this week. I’d love to hear.
